Based in Plymouth, Devon, Kitto’s are suppliers of fine cooked hams supplying the whole of the South West. From premium quality catering hams to top of the range delicatessen-style we have it all covered. All our hams are boneless, tender, succulent and full of flavour.
Kitto’s are known throughout the South West for providing a range of quality hams that have proven appeal to many different types of customers. Premium Devon Ham
This 100% Gammon Ham is massaged to give extra tenderness and flavour. Our Premium Devon Ham is hugely popular with the foodservice sector largely because it slices exceptionally well.
As with all our hams the thing that makes it stand out from our competitors is the high class standard of trimming and preparation by our skilled butchery team.
Premium Honey Roast Ham
Great to look at and great to taste! This delicious sweet-cured ham is glazed with a combination of Demerara sugar and honey before roasting. The result is a fabulous subtle flavour so it came as no surprise to many that our Premium Honey Roast Ham picked up a Gold Award in 2023/24 Food and Drink Awards Awards. If ever a ham lent itself particularly to egg and chips it has to be this one!
Caterer’s Choice Ham
Made using 85grams of pork to 100grams of finished products. This added water ham was created to provide a more cost effective alternative for sandwich/baguette preparation. Although it is the least expensive ham produced by Kitto’s don’t be fooled into assuming that this ham lacks anything in terms of appearance, flavour or texture.
Oven Baked Ham
A slowly baked gammon which slices extremely well for an oven baked ham. A relatively dry gammon created using one of our original recipes.
Like all of our hams it is made using a whole pork leg combined with our own unique blend of curing salts and sugars. The subsequent slow-curing and cooking process results in a tender ham which tastes really great!
